Chief Minister challenged over planned easing of restrictions

Upcoming changes to the Island's border restrictions are not designed to discriminate against those who haven't been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

That's the message from the chief minister who's been challenged on government's new approach.

From 28 June people who've had both jabs up to two weeks in advance, from the Isle of Man and further afield, will be able to travel here without restrictions.

Those who can’t be vaccinated, who choose not to have the injections or people who are only part way through their programme, will have to undertake testing and isolation as long as they have an exemption to travel here.
