Session now moved to just before scheduled race
Qualifying for the Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix overnight has had to be cancelled due to poor weather.
The 20-strong field of riders had previously been due to head out for their first timed laps from around 11.45pm UK time on Thursday night.
However, organisers confirmed just over two hours later that the session had been called off because of wet track conditions.
As a result, qualifying for two-wheeled machines is now scheduled to be held at 11pm UK time this evening (7am on Saturday, 15 November local time).
This would mean the session will take place right before the 12-lap Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix race which is currently expected to start tomorrow at 1.10am UK time (9.10am tomorrow local time).
