Manx teenager finishes 33rd in Yorkshire
Manx cyclist Amelia Sharpe represented Great Britain in this morning's UCI Junior Women's Road Race.
The event in Yorkshire was eventually won by the USA's Megan Jastrab after looking for a long time like being a battle between Cataline Soto Campos of Chile and French rider Cedrine Kerbaol.
Eighteen-year-old Sharpe was one of the five-strong British team which also included Anna Shackley and Abi Smith, and the Manx star finished 33rd.
Elynor Backstedt was the highest-finishing Brit, ending the race in fifth.
