Douglas Royal were the only winners as Sunday’s women’s football programme was disrupted by the weather.
With the matches at Old Boys and Gymns postponed due to waterlogged pitches and the Castletown v Laxey game called off due to the Miners being unable to field a team, Croit Lowey was the venue of the day’s only match.
Despite battling hard, Royal had too much for Rushen and raced into a 3-0 half-time lead.
They eventually finished 4-0 winners, courtesy of goals from Leanne Quayle, Kerry Lockwood, Rebecca Cole and Kerri Williams.
