It was invented in the 1960's in the USA and has seen a recent surge in popularity.
The sport combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis and can be played in doubles or singles.
Adults are being invited to head down to the NSC on Sunday (10 October) between 2pm and 4pm to give it a go.
