Nomads warm up for Cheshire Final

Southerners too strong for westerners

Southern Nomads cruised past Western Vikings 82-7 in the Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield as they warmed up for next week’s Cheshire Plate final against Ellesmere Port.

Skipper Rob Keelan led the way with a hat-trick of tries, Tom Duggan got two and there were also scores from Harry Catlow, Harry Brereton, Josh Can, Josh Smith, George Collister and Al Corrin.

The impressive Corrin also kicked 11 conversions.
