Murphy leads Youth Centre in goal-fest

Ramsey Youth Centre’s fine season continued in a goal-fest at Braddan on Saturday.

The northerners were 5-4 winners to further cement fifth place in CFS Division Two.

A Martin Murphy hat-trick, plus goals from John Livesey and Matthew Boyde, sealed the victory against the team likely to be their closest challengers for fifth.

Shane Larkin, Karl Kenny, Steve Robertson and Neil Dougherty were the Braddan scorers.

Two goals each from Darren Loader and John Quaye, along with an Adam Hawkes penalty, secured the Police a 5-2 victory over battling Nothern Athletic.
