The swimmers continue to be a vital source of medals for Team Isle of Man as they added nine more on Wednesday.
Alex Bregazzi secured gold in the men's 100m individual medley, with Ben Kebbell placing second behind him.
Laura Kinley, Olivia Marshall and Joel Watterson were also winners in individual finals, and the men finished second in the 4x100m medley relay.
It means 19 medals have now been won in the pool, eight of them gold.
The Isle of Man dropped two places in the overall table, however, falling behind Jersey and the Faroe Islands.
There are still plenty to be won in the final two days of competition.
