Mercer's condition still stable

Fiona Baker-Holden to be discharged

Steve Mercer remains in a stable condition in Liverpool.

Organisers have issued an update this morning (Fri).

The rider from Kent was injured in an incident with a course car during a practice session.

Meanwhile, sidecar passenger Fiona Baker Holden is now in hospital in Liverpool and likely to be discharged shortly.

Driver Tony Baker is said to be likely to be transferred from Liverpool to hospital nearer home shortly and is described as comfortable.

Kamil Holan who was injured in Wednesday's Senior TT practice and has an ankle fracture is likely to be transferred to a hospital in Czech Republic shortly.
