McCanney and Knight rank in top 50
Two Manxies have been showing their skills on the world stage in the 2021 Dakar Rally.
Monster racer Jamie McCanney from Douglas is currently sitting 19th in the standings.
On his Facebook page, McCanney says the tracks were fast and he wasn't used to riding at that speed, leading him to losing a heap of time at the end, however he says he's happy with the result.
Meanwhile, three-time world champion enduro rider David "Knighter" Knight currently sits 44th in the rankings.
