Club heading up again following Castletown defeat
Onchan AFC have been promoted back to the Canada Life Men's Premier League.
'The O's' claimed top-flight status again last night without kicking a ball due to Castletown's 3-2 defeat away at Michael United in DPS Ltd. Division 2.
It's an instant return for Onchan who were relegated from the premier league in the last campaign.
However, the Division 2 title remains up for grabs with Onchan sitting top on 50 points after 19 games.
Second-placed Foxdale sit two points behind them on 48 having played a game less after they were held to a 2-2 draw away at Douglas High School Old Boys on Tuesday night.
