Manx rider says she suffered broken collarbone in training
Manx elite cyclist Becky Storrie is expected to spend some time on the sidelines due to injury.
The Women's WorldTour competitor has revealed she recently suffered a broken collarbone during a training session late last week.
In an update on social media, the Team DSM-Firmenich competitor says she expects to be out for 'some weeks' as a result.
Despite being ruled out of competing, Storrie was in attendance supporting teammates at the La Fleche Wallone world tour race in Belgium yesterday (17 April).
During the opening stages of the current season, Storrie has represented the squad at five meetings including the UAE Tour and the Trofeo Alfredo Binda on the world tour stage.
