A number of Manx Grand Prix riders have expressed concern over last night's diesel spill, which delayed the start of the practice session for twenty-five minutes, saying it appears to have been a deliberate act.
The road from Kirk Michael through to Ballaugh was affected and a large amount of cement dust was used to treat the surface.
Among the competitors expressing concern is the fastest man of the week Adam Barclay:-
Manx Radio has spoken to the organising Manx Motor Cycle Club who say the spill was on one side of the road only. They are appealing to drivers of diesel vehicles to not overfill their tanks and make sure filler caps are fastened securely.
