Manx cycling sensation Mark Cavendish has joined Chris Boardman as the most successful British rider of all time with 41 career stage wins.
He won his second stage of the Tour of Switzerland yesterday when he once again beat three-time World Champion Oscar Freire to the line in a sprint finish.
Cav is using the event as preparation for next month's Tour de France saying "there is no better exercise than to climb the mountains in order to achieve full competitve fitness."
Mark has achieved his tally of wins in just two-and-a-half years as a professional cyclist.....Boardman took seven years to reach the same total.
