Manx side through to last eight
Bacchas are through to quarter-finals of the England Hockey Men's Tier 2 Championship after beating Bowden 2nd's on penalty flicks at the National Sports Centre on Sunday afternoon.
The game finished 3-3 after 70 minutes with Elliot Reid, Chris Bass and Andy Whiting scoring for the home side.
Bacchas held their nerve in the penalty flick showdown to go through 5-4 with Andy Whiting, Chris Bass, Shae Christiansen, Will Hassall and captain Jamie Brown all successfully converting.
Bacchas will now play away to Repton who beat University of Nottingham after a sudden-death penalty flicks decider.
During the cup run, Bacchas have also beaten Keswick 8-1 at home and West Derby 6-1 away.
