A Liberal Vannin candidate in next month's House of Keys general election says party politics shouldn't preclude candidates having their own thoughts.
Peter Hill, a former prosecution officer in the Metropolitan Police, is standing in the two-seat constituency of North Douglas.

There are three other candidates in North Douglas, Theo Fleurbaay and outgoing MHKs Bill Henderson and John Houghton.
