David Cretney MLC to give evidence
An investigation into the failed TT Vision Nine deal will continue this morning (Thu).
MLC David Cretney, who used to have political responsibility for motorsport, will give evidence to the Tynwald committee assessing the breakdown of the agreement.
An outline deal between the chosen promoter and the Department of Economic Development was scrapped in November – six months after it had been approved by Tynwald.
No contract was ever signed.
The sitting, some of which will be heard in public, will be held in the Legislative Council Chamber in Bucks Road in Douglas from 10am.
