Four new homes planned for Santon

Approval in principle was granted earlier this year

Plans have been submitted for full approval to build four new homes in Santon

The plans are identical to an in principle application that was approved earlier this year. 

Vincent Nyawai's application would see a bungalow, Conister on Main Road in Santon, demolished with it and forming a through road to a cul-de-sac with four four-bedroom homes. 

Each home would be built with a garage and off-street parking. 

A supporting document for the application says: "The need for this application arises solely from the commencement period applicable to the previous planning approval.

"It does not arise from any amendment to the development scheme, any increase in development, or any identified deficiency in the planning merits of the proposal."
