
The Isle of Man branch of the human rights group Amnesty International is thanking local residents for a superb response to the recent 'Messages of Hope' Christmas card campaign
Amnesty invited the public to make and sign greetings cards, which were sent to prisoners of conscience all over the world.
The campaign lets those imprisoned for their views know the outside world has not forgotten them, and a large number of people took part in three sessions over Christmas and New Year.
