A fundraising exhibition for the Laxey Working Men's Institute is proving popular.
It's being held at the Laxey Woolen Mills and follows the launch of an appeal last year to restore the building and bring it back into use as a community hall.
Initial costings for the first phase of restoration and weather proofing stand at around £100,000.
Restoration Committee chairman Richard Henthorn says so far work is progressing well (play attached audio file):
