Howard Quayle insists the monument won't be sold
A spokesman for the Royal British Legion is seeking assurances from the Chief Minister over access to the war memorial in Ramsey.
Concerns have been raised after it emerged the grounds surrounding the courthouse building in the town were included in any potential sale of the property.
Howard Quayle this morning said there was no way the war memorial would be part of any deal.
