Bibaloe Beg owner helping with another venture
Those lamenting the end of an era for pick-your-own strawberries in Onchan should fear not, as another farm looks set to carry on the concept.
The man behind the Island's only PYO is passing on his knowledge of fruit growing to another party for business elsewhere in the Island.
Brian Moore the owner of Bibaloe Beg Farm has been selling strawberries and other softs fruits for the last 23 years.
However, he has announced that 2019 will be his final season of fruit growing, sparking tributes online from the many generations that have passed through his farm.
