Schedule feeling the 'knock-on effect', says ferry operator
There are further delays to the Steam Packet sailing schedule after Manxman was held up in adverse weather earlier this week.
The overnight voyage from Heysham is due to arrive back to the Island at 9am, having left Lancashire at 5:19am.
It means the 8am sailing from Douglas is not due to depart until 11:30am.
The ferry operator has confirmed this is a knock-on effect after its flagship vessel was delayed by the weather conditions overnight Thursday into Friday.
Meanwhile, sailings bound for Liverpool this weekend are operating via Heysham due to the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Merseyside being closed for maintenance work.
