Companies urged to contribute their fair share
Island-based businesses looking for 'highly-skilled' local workers must be prepared to shoulder the burden and pay more tax.
That's according to Damien McNulty, regional executive of the teachers' union NASUWT.
He says firms paying little into the system but demanding talented homegrown employees need to check their expectations.
