Overnight sailings cancelled due to gale force winds

Ben-my-Chree departure and return affected

The Steam Packet sailings overnight have been cancelled due to gale force winds forecast.

It means the Ben-my-Chree departure from the Island won't take place at 7:45pm, nor will the subsequent return at 2:15am.

Southerly winds are predicted to worsen throughout the night, however the sailings in the morning are not affected.

Meanwhile further disruption or cancellation is expected later tomorrow, as journeys in the evening are also in doubt due to bad weather forecast.
