Routine GP appointments will not be available later today.
Doctors are attending an education session focussed on the transformation of the Manx health service.
They'll be unavailable between 1pm and 6pm (11 August).
Surgeries will remain open for people collecting test results, making appointments or ordering repeat prescriptions - anyone who needs to see a doctor urgently can request to see the on-call GP.
