MHK seeking to change current system
The legal fees associated with divorce on the Isle of Man can cost a couple their home.
That's according to the MHK trying to introduce no-fault divorce on the Island.
Currently, Manx couples have to wait two years after separation to finalise their divorce, except in cases of adultery or unreasonable behaviour.
