Arts Council appoints youngest member
A new member of the Isle of Man Arts Council hopes to develop the Island's emerging artists' 'creative potential.'
Professional artist and designer, Jade Boylan has been appointed to the position.
Her online design business has marketed designs as far as Europe, America and Australia.
Chairman of the Isle of Man's Arts Council, Marlene Maska says Miss Boylan will bring a "valuable perspective" to the team.
