Storm Barra brings wintry conditions
The Mountain Road has closed between Ramsey and the Creg Ny Baa Back Road with immediate effect due to snowy and wintry conditions.
The Department of Infrastructure says the route will remain shut until around 4pm.
Meanwhile a number of routes around the Island have been blocked by fallen trees.
