
The Department of Health has been criticised for not being able to provide figures on the cost of operations and procedures.
Middle MHK Howard Quayle says this could point the way to savings.
He claims a computer system called Medway, installed five years ago, could be used to provide the relevant data.
He says not knowing doesn't make commercial sense:
