Mask wearing won't be made mandatory says chief minister

Quayle says EAG advice 'not accepted' at this time

Mask wearing will not be made mandatory on the Isle of Man at the moment.

That's despite advice from the Emergency Advisory Group that masks or face coverings should be worn.

Notes made at a meeting of the group in July show the group believes masks are an important mitigation as residents 'adapt to living in a world where the virus is present'.
