More choice and personal experience wanted
Clothing retailers on the Isle of Man have been rated poorly in a new survey.
Called the State of Style report, 202 women scored local shops 3.5/10.
It's been compiled by personal styling business, Vera Rae Image Consultancy, based in Ballasalla.
The findings say shoppers go online for more choice, and are looking for a more 'personal' experience when going into stores.
