Popular Christmas event set to boost charity's fundraising effort
A team from the Great North Air Ambulance Service has been on the Island this week to further cement its place within the Island's emergency services provision.
The charity, which has to raise more than £9 million a year to stay operational, gets no funding from the NHS in the UK but does receive some support from Manx Care to include the Isle of Man within its sphere of operation.

A proportion of the money raised from this year's Young Farmers annual Christmas tractor runs will be donated to the charity.
