Laxey star will perform alongside likes of Alfie Boe

Manx actress Samantha Barks has been confirmed as part of a star-studded cast for a new Les Misérables concert special taking place in London and New York later this year.

The special concert experience, titled Les Misérables: The Arena Concert Spectacular, will have a residency at London’s Royal Albert Hall from 18 to 21 June 2026 before heading across the Atlantic.

It will then be staged on the iconic Radio City Music Hall stage from Thursday 23 July to Sunday 9 August.

It's been developed from the hugely successful Les Misérables The Staged Concert, which played for over 200 record-breaking performances in the West End, and also the special 25th Anniversary performance which was held at The O2.

Well known for playing Eponine in the 2012 film adaption, the Laxey star will this time perform as Fantine alongside the likes of other Les Mis alums including Alfie Boe who'll share the role of Jean Valjean alongside Killian Donnelly and Gerónimo Rauch.

Bradley Jaden and Jeremy Secomb will share the role of Javert and Matt Lucas will star as Thénardier.
