Committee gave recommendations following petition
Recommendations to tighten guidance and communicating information about firework displays have been approved by Tynwald.
They come after a committee examined a petition from Judith Corrin.
A review of the classification of fireworks, particularly rockets, that can be used at private and public displays will be conducted by Home Affairs.
One area of contention came over whether the period around bonfire night should be 7 or 10 days.
