Officers apologise for inconvenience after road was blocked
A driver has been arrested following a pursuit in Douglas.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit had to box in a motorist in Upper Douglas.
The incident resulted in a road being blocked for a time, and the Isle of Man Constabulary has apologised for the inconvenience.
