Minister says Enterprise voyage is efficient
The Enterprise Minister denies wholesale changes in his department are purely cosmetic.
Friday saw the official establishment of the new Department for Enterprise, a 'smaller, more focused' version of the Department of Economic Development.
While the 'DE' has surrendered control of several core functions, many have been transferred to other government departments - prompting concerns the exercise was a case of 'moving the deckchairs'.
But Laurence Skelly insists it's a real boost to efficiency:
