50 years since Kubrick's classic
Collectors and film fans may be excited by the release of a limited-edition stamp series.
Marking 50 years since 2001: A Space Odyssey, the Isle of Man Post Office has styled a set of eight stamps for the anniversary of Stanley Kubrick's sci-fi epic.
The latest in the Post Office's celebration of space is a joint-production, involving London-based Glazier Design, Warner Brothers and the Kubrick family.
The stamps feature iconic scenes from the film, each said to contain a hidden message only to be seen by microscope.
