Follows a string of unexpected results
TT rider Conor Cummins has pulled out of the remainder of this years races.
In a statement, Cummins says he’s withdrawn from the 2024 event with ‘immediate effect’ and is thanking his sponsors and family for their continued support.
The 12-time podium finisher suffered uncharacteristically poor results in his opening outings, retiring in the Supersport and Superbike races and placing 8th in yesterday’s (6 June) Superstock.
Viral illness side-lined the Milenco by Padgett’s Motorcycles rider for much of TT last year, but he came into this year on the hunt for race victories and podium finishes.
No additional details have been shared surrounding Cummins’ decision.
