Rider's team say he's 'got a long road ahead of him'
TT rider Anthony Redmond faces 'a long road to recovery' after crashing during a warm-up lap around the TT course on Tuesday (4 June).
The Manxman came off his bike at the Bungalow, where he was airlifted to hospital.
His team, Green Ant Racing, say he's 'got a long road ahead of him' with injuries including a broken jaw, shoulder, vertebrae, shattered ankles and fluid on the lungs.
The subsequent Supertwin race was cancelled following the warm-up lap after riders raised concerns about the condition of the course following the day's weather.
