The rider from Czechia was involved in a crash at Douglas Road Corner in Kirk Michael during the Supertwin TT Race 1 on Tuesday, 3 June.
Hankocyova was then taken by airmed to Noble's Hospital to be treated for reported head, chest and arm injuries.
