Report by Ben Cunningham:

It’s the semi-final stage of the Mixed Cup, Plate and Bowl competitions.

In the Cup, the first semi-final sees the premier league leaders, Bacchas A play Vikings A - these two sides met in midweek and Bacchas came away with the win... can Vikings overcome them in the cup or will Bacchas keep their winning form going?

The winner of Bacchas A vs Vikings A will play the winner of the other semi-final which sees Bacchas B play Valkyrs A - the westerners played in midweek and were on the end of defeat as Harlequins came away with the win, Bacchas B on the other hand are looking in the league to keep getting any points they can to avoid being dragged into the relegation battle.

In the Plate, Mixed Division One leaders, Vikings B face Harlequins B who have had a mixed bag of a season and Vikings still remain undefeated this season so far.

The other semi-final sees two very evenly-matched sides - Ramsey A and Valkyrs C - face each other, and when you look at the league standings in Mixed Division One there is not a lot that splits these two sides - this is a game I think that could go all the way to penalty flicks.

In the Bowl, we have a club derby as Vikings C play Vikings D, you would favour the C team to come out on top, however we have seen a D team this year overcome their own clubs' C team in the leagues.

The winners of that semi-final will face the winner between Valkyrs D and Castletown Cushags, another semi-final that looks very closely-matched between two sides.

Elsewhere we do have some league action taking place - in the Mixed Premier League we see Castletown Celts play Castletown Southerners and In Mixed Division Three, Harlequins D face Castletown Carrick; Ramsey Ravens meet Valkyrs Mixed colts; Harlequins C play Bacchas D and Vikings E face off against Ramsey Robins.
