Sad news from Castletown Rugby Club this week as 2007 skipper Chris Scott announced his premature retirement from Rugby.
Chris suffered a broken eye socket following an accidental clash of heads in last week’s match against Southern Nomads and will need some surgery to help strengthen the injury site.
On medical advice he has played his last game of rugby.
This is sad news indeed and everyone’s thoughts are with Chris for a full and speedy recovery.
