Nick McCudden and Ben Harding both bagged hat tricks for Ramsey as they ran in 11 tries.
Other scores came from Daryn Thompson, Tynan Pritchard, Lance Wyllie, Lewis Higgins and Will Keenan.
Fintan Cummins weighed in with 17 points from the boot.
Congleton’s consolation score was a penalty from stand-off Andy Willis.
