Annual events celebrates great and good of Manx sport each year
Nominations have now opened for this year's Isle of Man Sports Awards.
The annual event celebrates the success and sporting achievements of athletes, teams and officials from the Isle of Man over the calendar year.
Twelve accolades will be up for grabs, including the coveted Isle of Man Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year titles.
People are now being invited to submit names of those who they think should be in contention for honours at the awards ceremony at the Royal Hall at the Villa Marina in Douglas on Thursday, 26 February, 2026.
Among the 2025 winners, Sir Mark Cavendish scooped the Isle of Man Sportsman of the Year title as well as this year's Lifetime Achievement Award whilst equestrian star, Yasmin Ingham secured the Isle of Man Sportswomen of the Year crown.
To be eligible, nominees must be Manx or have resided on the Isle of Man for at least two years.
The deadline for nominations will be on Sunday, 14 December 2025.

Nominations can be completed online at the Isle of Man Sport website by completed the specified form or by emailing iomsportsawards@gov.im.
