Andy Smith will not be passenger for thirteen time T.T. sidecar winner Dave Molyneux at T.T. 2008.
It's been revealed Smith needed to race at five meetings in order to qualify for a T.T. Course race licence.
Moly has his season already planned out and could not commit to an extra five races ahead of the T.T..
Daniel Sayle will reunite with Molyneux around the Mountain Course for T.T. 2008.
