Lightfoot to focus mind at Sport Lecture

Mental prep key to success

Leonie Lightfoot will give the annual Isle of Man Sport Lecture next month and the topic will be mind management techniques.

She is a psychological mentor at Chimp Management Limited which is headed by Professor Steve Peters.

Professor Peters is famous for his work with elite sports competitors - among them the Team Sky cycling squad, Liverpool Football Club and snooker ace Ronnie O'Sullivan.
