Gibraltar won the match by seven wickets.
Batting first, the Island made 134-7 off their 20 overs, captain Phil Littlejohns top scoring with 46 and Alex Stokoe hitting a useful 29 not out.
In reply Gibraltar, who have former Island coach Gareth Dawson at the helm, reached 139-3 off 18.2 overs.
