Crookall looking to improve things for Special Olympians
A worthwhile trip.
That's the view of Education Minister Tim Crookall after supporting the Isle of Man Special Olympians at the World Games in Los Angeles.
The team returned home to a rapturous reception at Ronaldsway Airport yesterday with 22 medals.
Mr Crookall says the competitors were phenominal ambassadors for the Island and he is now looking to improve things for them at home:
Commonwealth Games athletics squad in positive mood ahead of Glasgow
FC Isle of Man get pre-season underway with summer festival
Swimming: Oscar Maddrell becomes triple British champion
Football: Mixed results for IoM Women in summer series
