Team one of three Manx national sides in action last weekend
The Isle of Man Men's B national hockey side have progressed to the next round of the England Hockey Championships.
Competing in the UK on Saturday, 13 December, the Island side secured a 4-2 victory over Triton Men's 1st XI in the EH Men's Tier 3 Vase competition.
Goals from Ronan Santanatoglia, Ethan Adams, George Ratcliffe and Chris Whiting helped the squad on the way to victory.
More broadly, the Isle of Man Men's B were one of a trio of senior Manx teams involved in EH Championship action across the water last weekend.
The Isle of Man Men's A faced Preston Men's 1st XI in the EH Men's Tier 2 Trophy, losing out 4-2 on penalty shuffles following a 0-0 draw in regular time.
Elsewhere, the Isle of Man Ladies A side suffered a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Liverpool Sefton Ladies 1st XI in the EH Women's Tier 2 Trophy.
